Shipping Policy
We ship via Royal Mail Signed For within the UK. We use Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (when available) for International orders, this means the item will be delivered by the applicable national post service in the recipient’s country.

Return & Exchange Policy
In line with the distance selling regulations, all purchases can be returned within 14 days of the day of delivery, for a full refund.
Return postsage cost is the responsability of the buyer. In addition any refund will be for the cost of the pedal, not the posatage.
Items have to be returned in an as new condition.
All pedals are covered by a 6 month warranty. We will repair or replace for free during this term, but postage costs will need to be covered by the customer.
If your pedal is over the 6 month threshold, we will happily repair your pedal for a minimal charge. Please get in touch to discuss any issues.
